We encourage booking early to secure your date, especially during peak seasons. A date is considered confirmed once your deposit has been received and processed.

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your event date. Deposits are applied toward your remaining balance and secure your date exclusively.

Deposit amounts are as follows:

• Cart Suites: $200 deposit

• Grazing Tables: $200 deposit

• Fruit Ascension Towers: $50 deposit

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date.

For bookings made within 7 days of the event, the full balance is required at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and any approved payment options listed on our website.

At this time, we do not offer private tastings. Every display is curated with the same quality, consistency, and artistic styling signature to House of Kyair.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@houseofkyair.com.

• Cancellations made fourteen (14) days or more prior to the scheduled event will receive a refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations made between eight (8) and thirteen (13) days prior to the event are non-refundable but may be rescheduled one time within ninety (90) days of the original event date, subject to availability.

• Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled event are non-refundable due to preparation, sourcing, and scheduling commitments.

• Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the final balance.

House of Kyair reserves the right to reschedule events in the case of extreme circumstances or emergencies, subject to availability.

Yes. Custom logo personalization is available upon request and is subject to an additional fee. Pricing varies based on design, size, and production requirements.

We currently offer three (3) curated cart styles, with additional styles being introduced as our collection continues to grow. Availability is subject to scheduling and event logistics.

Setup time varies depending on which Suite or Grazing Table you select:

• Most carts: 45–75 minutes

• Grazing tables: 1.5–3 hours

We always arrive early to ensure a seamless, polished presentation before your event begins.

Most of our carts do not require electricity.

However, carts using our LED light signage will require a standard power outlet.

Clients must provide the table or surface. We will guide you on the ideal size and height based on the grazing table you select.

Yes. We do our best to accommodate personal preferences and certain dietary needs. Ingredient availability may vary by season and supplier.

While we may offer customization upon request, House of Kyair does not guarantee an allergen-free environment. Displays may include or come into contact with common allergens.

Clients are responsible for informing guests of dietary concerns.

All Suite carts include a dedicated House of Kyair attendant during your service window.

Grazing tables are typically drop-off and setup only unless an attendant is requested.

No. For safety and state compliance, we cannot repackage, store, or transport leftovers. Once food has been displayed, it becomes the client’s responsibility.

Yes — the Fruit Tower is a standalone service and can also be paired with any Suite or any Graze.

• Take-Out Charcuterie Boxes: Only available as a Suite add-on.

• Mini Charcuterie Boards: Available only with a Suite.

No. House of Kyair provides curated food experiences and styled displays, not traditional plated catering or full meal service.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Once the deposit is received, your date is reserved exclusively for you.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

Cart Suites include a minimum of two (2) hour service window with a dedicated attendant. Additional service time may be available for an added fee, subject to availability.

Yes. House of Kyair may capture photos or video of displays for marketing and portfolio use.
